Program Details:

February 17 - March 28, 6 weeks of training

Walker Condon:

Running Mondays, 6:15 pm

D1 Clemson Cross Country runner

Boston marathon finisher

MUSC Wellness Center Running program and personal trainer

Kathleen Wilson:

Swimming Tuesdays, 5:30 pm - 7 pm

Highly experienced marathon swimmer with a world class resume of swims,

Creator and race director for the annual Swim Around Charleston 

Nicki Carter:

Spinning Thursdays, 5 pm

MUSC Wellness Center Running group cycle and special programs trainer

LowVelo training program trainer


Program Specials:

  • Special clinic on transition with Alicia O'Connor, experienced triathlete and Director of Personal Training
  • Special clinic on weigh training with 1st place Women's Physique winner Nicki Carter
  • Individual training schedule approved by Tracy McKee, Level I USAT Coach
  • Personal gate analysis sessions
  • Brick training (combination of running+ spinning) on Thursdays starting week 3
  • Program Finishes with an Indoor Triathlon Event on Saturday, March 28
