MUSC's Board of Trustees approved the current conflict of interest policy (PDF).

Salaried employees of the MUSC Enterprise and anyone meeting Public Health Service's definition of investigator on MUSC research must complete a conflict of interest disclosure annually.

If you receive payment or an honorarium for the talk or reimbursement for travel, you must update your annual conflict of interest disclosure. Prohibited activities include speakers' bureaus and promotional speaking.
