Salaried employees of the MUSC Enterprise and anyone meeting Public Health Service's definition of investigator involved in research activities on MUSC’s behalf must complete a conflict of interest disclosure annually.

If you have questions about your relationship with an outside entity, refer to the Conflict of Interest Staff page for a list of leaders who can answer your questions.

If you receive payment or an honorarium for the talk or reimbursement for travel, you must update your annual conflict of interest disclosure. Prohibited activities include speakers' bureaus and promotional speaking.
