This office focuses on enhancing the knowledge and skills of our workforce and learners.

• Led by Associate Chief Officer for Inclusive Excellence, Professor, DaNine J. Fleming, Ed.D., this office:
  • Provides resources to incorporate the lived experiences of our care team members (CTMs), students, faculty, staff and constituents.
  • Develops and delivers impactful training and professional development programs, including but not limited to trainings on appreciating diverse experiences, embracing generational differences, and having difficult conversations.
  • Provide consultations and customized trainings to departments upon request.
