Parking and Lockers

Parking Rules and General Information

A parking dashboard pass is required to park in the Wellness Center garage on weekdays between 7:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. All spaces in the garage have a two-hour time limit.

As of July 1, 2024, the parking rate is a flat $10 a month fee and be charged through the member's profile in the Wellness Center's member management system. Members have the option to pay this rate monthly or annually based on membership type of preference.

When a member's current pass expires, they will need to notify the membership desk they wish to renew and the new pass will be added to their profile. A payment method will need to be kept on file for the monthly fee to be withdrawn.

Members that already have dashboard pass will continue to use the existing pass; new passes will be issued for first time purchases.

Only specific membership types* are eligible to purchase parking passes and include:

  • Community (Primary and Dependent)
  • Corporate (Primary and Dependent)
  • Employee Dependents
  • Student/House Staff Dependents

*Certain employees that work off-campus or remotely may also qualify. Please inquire at the Membership desk.

MUSC students and on-campus employees must utilize their assigned parking locations between 7:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. on weekdays.

Eligible Members can only purchase one parking pass, and passes are non-transferable.

No refunds will be given for parking passes after payment is complete (e.g. membership cancellation).

If a membership is cancelled, parking passes should be returned to the Wellness Center Membership Desk.

The University shall assume no liability for any damage to any vehicle or its contents, nor any responsibility for the care and/or protection of any vehicle or its contents at any time while the vehicle is operated or parked on University property.

No overnight parking is allowed in any of the parking areas designated for Wellness Center Members.

The MUSC Wellness Center Parking Garage Rules are enforced by MUSC Parking Management and Public Safety; violations are subject to a $45 fine per incident.

Outside of the weekday times mentioned above, the MUSC Wellness Center Parking Garage is available for all active MUSC Wellness Center Members on weekdays before 7:30am and after 4:30pm as well as normal hours of operation on weekends. Parking during these time frames is available on a first-come, first-serve basis.

In the event the Wellness Center garage is full (on weekday afternoons), overflow parking will be available in the Bee Street Garage on weekdays after 4:30 p.m. Overflow access to the Bee Street Garage will also occur during normal facility hours of operation on weekends.

Overflow parking is also available in the "M" lot after 4:30 p.m. which is the surface lot located on the corner of Bee Street and Courtenay Drive. The call box at the entrance gate will be used for entrance to this lot.
