Employee Assistance Program (EAP)

This confidential, free, Employee Assistance Program service is available to help you deal with difficult personal, family, and work-related problems and offers four free counseling sessions a year.

MUSC Resiliency Program

The MUSC Resiliency Program provides individual brief telehealth interventions and regular virtual webinar workshops to offer information about stress management strategies, coping, and fostering a self of well-being.

Health and Wellness Institute Mindfulness Center

The MUSC Health Mindfulness Center is designed to foster growth and resilience through evidence-based coping strategies that can improve your quality of life and overall wellbeing.

Institute of Psychiatry (IOP)

The Institute of Psychiatry offers patients, caregivers, and their professional providers’ access to the latest evidence-based practices and advances in research. The IOP has been named Hospital of the Year by the National Alliance on Mental Health South Carolina Chapter four out of the last five times one was named. MUSC is one of only 21 Centers of Excellence recognized by the National Network of Depression Centers.

Pastoral Care Services

Pastoral Care Services is committed to providing care that respects the religious and spiritual values of all patients, family members, and staff persons. They strive to foster a community that values personal wholeness, interpersonal reconciliation, and human dignity.
