Volunteer with In Our DNA SC

The In Our DNA SC community health research project is looking for volunteers to help with expanding study awareness and recruitment of participants throughout the state of South Carolina.

Who can volunteer?

We welcome anyone with an interest in community engagement and a passion for health to volunteer. There are no formal requirements. Community service hours may be available for student volunteers (MUSC and non-MUSC students).

Why volunteer?

Getting involved with the In Our DNA SC community health research project will allow volunteers to engage with fellow community members and spread awareness of the importance of genetics and how it relates to our community’s health. Volunteering with the project also provides the opportunity to contribute to large-scale clinical research.

How to volunteer

If interested in volunteering with the In Our DNA SC community health research project, please fill out the volunteer interest form with your information and a study staff member will contact you with further details in regards to training and available opportunities.

Thank you for your interest and support in the In Our DNA SC community health research project. Our team acknowledges that our project would not be successful without the help of our community members and volunteers.
