The David J. and Kathryn Cole BRIHTE Leadership Academy is a two-year leadership academy designed to identify and prepare high potential, diverse talent among our current workforce. Utilizing the NCHL Health Leadership Competency model, the goal of the program is to create an innovative approach to a longstanding model of “grow your own” contributing to MUSC’s pathway to excellence and inclusion.
